Who knows? No one can confirm that. The world is almost full. Maybe the only way to cut the population is this or wars.

Could be. Some says that there's already a cure for cancer and they are not giving it away because a lot of business will shut down if it happen.

@bela360 Well we give revenues so they won't heal us fully. But who knows, maybe someday something else will get their attention and gain profit that they will finally give us the much awaited cancer miracles and etc.

I have read several articles and news on that. But I am not sure how much of that is true and how much is rumour.

Well I have read and came across alot of articles that there is a cure for HIV and stuff and it is hidden but I am not sure how true it is but in my opinion i believe that these illnesses have cures and its being hidden by people or something but then again there are alot of cruel people on this earth and maybe or hopefully one day that the cure will be revealed or someone tell us that for true there is no cure yet.

I think some people see them as business because there are people who got cured of cancer from diet and lifestyle changes alone.

That is true because I know of people who got healed by doing extra than chemo and stuff but I cannot stop thinking it is actually a business.
