Picking and Choosing

It's a gorgeous day outside today and I desperately want to sit outside and enjoy it. But, I have things that need to get done around the house before I can relax and not feel guilty. There are things that I can put off so I'm mentally going through my list and seeing exactly what has to get done and what can wait. I have to write out a few Easter cards that I send to older relatives that don't have Facebook, text or other ways of keeping touch through social media. I also have to pack up and label a book I sold on Ebay so it gets out in the mail today. Laundry has to go from the washer to the dryer. Debating on whether to put another load in the washer. I also want to play catch-up here as I haven't been able to spend much time sitting at my desk since my chair broke. I feel so bad about my notifications piling up. Thankfully, my new chair is due to arrive today and I'm hoping my daughter will put it together for me when she gets home from work. Why does everything have to be assembled?? I finally turned off the heat and since today is supposed to get hot this afternoon I might be switching it over to the air conditioning. That pretty much sums up my day which isn't exciting by any means. Hope things are going well in your little corner of the myLot world.
