Swimming daily for half an hour can loose your weight without any side effect.

@Kylie07 try this,may work for you. . .each morning have a glass of warm lemon with two spoons of honey. . .should be of help.good luck!

I lost 35 pounds through stress lol But most of it was walking and cutting out junk food.

Yeah true...sometimes stress also makes you lose weight but for me it's the opposite! when I'm stressed I tend to eat more so it makes me put on more weight!!
