Swimming daily for half an hour can loose your weight without any side effect.

I lost 35 pounds through stress lol But most of it was walking and cutting out junk food.

Yeah true...sometimes stress also makes you lose weight but for me it's the opposite! when I'm stressed I tend to eat more so it makes me put on more weight!!

Hi @Kylie07, Most suggest to go for Diet (or reduce your intake) to loose your weight.. Body needs certain proteins and vitamins everyday, stopping them consuming does not help at all. But will result in side-effects. Try this Miraculous Drink every day in the morning. 1. Get a glass of water (min 350 ml) and warm it .. You can use Milk as well. 2. Add a pinch of Turmeric powder to it.. 3. Mix it well and drink it for 3 months daily in the morning On the other side, Reduce Junk food that add Bad cholestrol to your body...
