How long was it since you had to almost have to bite your tongue?

I don't mean literally. I am talking about almost getting into it with your coworker, your supervisor or even a best friend on the telephone ... I have had to bite my tongue before. It is better that than to lose your composure.

Yes, but I have been in need of a time out on a few occasions. I used to work retail. The customer was always right? yea, right.

It's been a week. It was hard but I am glad I did. It worked out in the end and he is in jail.

I have to bite my tongue a lot at work. I just keep to myself and do what I have to do to get paid.

Usually it happens few times a year. And at that time I am eating or even doing nothing but I still bite my tongue. It is a myth why I will bite my tongue
