House cleaning.

Where I live, spring and fall "cleaning is mostly changing clothes in the closets. We have to sweep and mop and dust every day because I live in one of the most polluted cities in the planet.
The authorities have thought of several things to end the problem. But we live in a hole surrounded by big mountains and the dirt cannot go anywhere.
So here we are, trying to clean up. I am wondering, while Leticia does more than anyone´s share of slave labour, how long will it take to be dirty again.
I hope that, after this job, Leticia realises that she should care more for herself and less for the floor.
Meanwhile, she goes on with the steam machine and I get out of the way.

I am forever cleaning up the floors with a big dog its not easy to keep things clean.
He raises and brings in dust and mud sometimes.
Still I can bet I have the cleanest house in this Street at least.

I don´t think I´d have the energy to have a dog inside my house. Misty was an outdoors dog. She felt very uncomfortable when I invited her in during a lighting stom.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I always thought that dog and cats lived more in the inside if the winters were harsh.

He won´t stay outside and I have tried to get him to.
Just no way of doing it so inside he stays.

I do as little work around the house that I can. Canada is a clean country so any mess in my house is made by us and it doesn't happen often.

Your city is the most polluted? That's news to me
I would I have to clean almost all the time too. Apart from my family, we have nine cats which are raised both indoor and outdoor. They come in and go as they please. They don't wear shoes so...

Some people do. But I don´t know if my city is the most polluted. I know it os one of the most polluted.

I vacuum when the floor looks like it needs vacuuming. Fifi is a white dog, that sheds, a lot. I vacuum often. Then there is the grit that gets tracked in from out doors. Again regular vacuuming is required. The dusting is only done when I notice it....and I try hard not to notice.

I am cleaning up things now as I´m doing some house remodeling. Not much, but enough so that I had to bring Marco to do it.
