They say a cup of coffee contain substantial amount of coffee that can cause some side effects in the body but how much exactly is too much when it comes to coffee? i heard about an American in Philadelphia who consumed around 50-60 cups a day and passed away after.

I'm going to respond to your title...does coffee kill? No, but the lack of coffee can sure cause people to consider it.

Considering what I drink per day, I'm still alive at 66 @shynu44 . The only thing I do is pee a lot.

50-60 is too much. God knows who takes such a big deal of coffee daily.
