I make a cup of tea and go on the internet. After about an hour, I get thirsty so think I'll make another cup of tea. I pick up my cup, and I didn't finish the first one! Duh! Today, it was almost a full cup, so I nuked it and drank it quickly,

I do it all the time with my coffee! I forget about it while here at Mylot or taking care of my kids.

My husband will make a cup of tea, go out for an hour or so and then come back and drink it almost cold.

@msiduri I drink my tea hot, even in the summer.

hahaha I've done that, too! I guess we get concentrating on what we're writing and completely forget that we have something to drink!

Well, part of it has to be that I can't lift anything heavier than air with my left hand now without the wrist complaining.

@BarBaraPrz Yes, I'm sure that's a big part of it. At least you have another bona fide excuse! I just have brain lapses! lol

I think many of us do that. Think we finished something and then find out we did not, and have to reheat it etc. Mine is almost every day.

Do you find that when you microwave a cup of tea that no matter how hot you re-heat it that it cools down really quickly?

Yes. That's why I drank it down quickly. Didn't want to have to renuke it.

What I do is think the cup is empty, pick it up and spill it all over the floor.
