We are halfway home. We landed just after 6pm and were through immigration and customs by 6:30 pm.
We have a 4 hour layover until our 10 pm flight to Newark, NJ. It stinks but our other option was just 1 hour and you never know how long it is going to take to get your luggage and clear immigration/customs. We didn't want to chance it and miss the flight.
So we had dinner and drinks and now we are just hanging out. Nothing else to do but wait unfortunately.
We land just after midnight. We'll be on the road I hope by 12:45 and home by 2 am. I hope.

Good driving time that is is probably the only silver lining I see here besides time with the family, but they probably yucky now.
