I am up at six oh six a,,m and
I could use a cup of coffee. My
roomie was hustled down stairs'
early for some reason.'Probably
health reason..
Its a bit early to go down yet as
the dining room will not be open yet.
Usually when I go down we have to wait
a good ten minutes before the beverage
lady opens the dining room. I hear
the garbage trucks next door emptying
the "Vietnamese grocery's garbage bins.
I woke up with a slight headache but I
think its due to being hungry lol

she has parkinsons disease and her hands shake a lot I think it makes her self conscious I wish she would talk
to me as she seems depressed sleeps all day
