~How Our Day Was Yesterday~

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. =)
My husband and I along with the babies had a great day. We didn't have our traditional Easter because our older 3 children are in NC with their aunt.
The older 3 had a wonderful day too full of tradition! They had 2 Easter egg hunts, they went to church to celebrate the real reason of the holiday, their grandparents went to my sister's house and they all had a big Easter dinner together. Then at night they had a bonfire. I am so happy for them, they definitely enjoyed their day!
As for us, we went to the flea market yesterday for most of the day. Then we went to walmart for a few things much later in the day. It was so nice spending an entire day with my husband! We all had a wonderful day together. =)
I hope your day was great-full of tradition or not.

LOL... I'm going to put out some empty baskets next year and see if the Easter Bunny leaves me some goodies. Your display looks pretty awesome!

Those are beautiful Easter Baskets. They will be excited to get them when they get home. Glad to hear that they had a great Easter. I saw the picture of your two girls on FB all dressed up for Easter. They looked so grown up. They are beautiful. Glad to hear that you enjoyed your day with hubby and the babies. We had a nice Easter even though it was a quiet one.

@Happy2beme That was at my sisters house, she sent me the picture. =) Their surprise when they get home is having bedrooms when they get home.
I know, their getting so big on me. =( I cannot believe how much their growing up.

@Happy2BeMe I wrote that wrong, I meant having nicer bedrooms. We're giving them themes for their rooms. The boys will be sports and the girls are getting an owl theme room!

We went to church in the morning...we wished our daughter a happy birthday...she's now 39.... This morning I could wish one of my grandsons a happy birthday as well...he's 15.
The rest of the day was spent puttering...hubby was working...I was doing some quilting.
