The best natural foods to enlarge muscle

Hello! I'm 31 years old, and my body size is average. I used to have sports regularly twice a week. But now I rarely doing sports which make my muscle loose again. The question: Is it possible for a 31 years old to enlarge muscle? If so, could you suggest me the best natural foods to enlarge muscle? But if you now any side effect of too much eating the foods would be better.

It's not food, it's about exercising. Once you have enough exercise, you can eat more proteins to repair all the cells. How about doing pushup? That will enlarge muscles on the upper body.

If you want mass .. 3 banana shakes or smoothies and at least 2 eggs a day should do the trick ... and most of all its not expensive ! those protein powders cost a lot .. i know
