Little Miracles are sometimes the best ones

I called the pharmacy this morning from which I need to get medication for my cat. The original plan was to schedule a ride to that pharmacy and then I would have to get another ride to the vet's office and then another ride home. It's costly and it's not always easy, especially when bringing my poor cat along. But we do what we have to do. When I spoke with the woman at the pharmacy, apparently my vet had explained how I have trouble getting around. We spoke for a couple of minutes, the woman asked where I live and then said she will deliver the medication to me this evening on her way home from work! I was shocked! I'm not used to people going out of their way to do things like this, but it reminds me to keep putting good out into the world, just because. When such goodness comes back to me, all I want to do is keep it going. You may not believe in miracles, but if something really good happens in your life, I hope you find a way to keep that good going, too. Trust me, it makes a difference! Claudia

I knew you would understand this, too! When it happened, I looked up to heaven, said thank you, and then said a couple of prayers. And then the happy tears came. So incredible.

Thank you for sharing this with us! The kindness of strangers, and even the kindness of those we know well, really should serve as a constant reminder to reach out and help others.

I know how great it feels when someone just does something like that for me out of the blue. So I know I have to work to do it for others in some way. And sometimes it's fun working out just how to do that!

I believe completely in the kindness of strangers. And while I can't always pass it on in ways that I want to, I do my best to bring as many smiles to others as I can every day. I've found it's the best way to live. xoxo

@CRK109 although I am not a fan of synthesized medication for either human or animal, sometimes a holistic approach CANNOT remove a problem nor begin to regenerate at a cellular level so problem begins to cease but I am hopeful too for your sake !

Since I've been in need of help, and especially companionship, quite a few people online (and a couple offline) have come forward to offer shoulders and who have offered to listen. That was especially helpful one night when I could not stop crying and just needed another human being to talk with. People can be so wonderful!

Wow... little miracles do happen don't they. The sad part is that we are usually soooo busy that we miss them. I'm going to post a note over my desk saying... WATCH FOR TODAY'S MIRACLE!!

What a great idea! And I hope you'll post about them when you do find them! Imagine how different our world would look if we all posted about the miracles happening in our lives!

There are many MORE people in this world who really WANT to do good than those who want to do BAD. Unfortunately, the news channels focus on the bad that is happening in the world. Recently, I've noticed that the news report I watch every evening, ends the program with something GOOD, a story about someone doing something good for someone else. I think this is a GREAT idea. I'm so glad that the woman was willing to help you get the medicine you needed for your cat. She must be a very kind person and she will be blessed for her kindness.

I've already asked God to bless her in some special way, when she least expects it. She's touched my heart so deeply by doing something she doesn't seem to think is any big deal, and I hope there's a wonderful reward waiting for her soon!
