I've been having issues with the Ulcerative Colitis, and had some medication added to the Remicade - Prednisone. I need to take it 4x10 days, 3x10, 2x10, and 1x10. I have been through the first course of four a day. The charlie horses started a few days ago and escalated to screaming pain today. Prednisone didn't work the last time he gave it to me. I don't know why he thought it would this time. Though last time it didn't control the colitis. This time it is. I also had Usaris before the change to Remicade, and that one caused the charlie horses I'm having now with the Prednisone. So I called again a short while ago. I'm getting them in my feet around my ankles, in my toes, up my calves, fingers, and under both sides of my rib cage. It's very painful and I hope they can do something to alleviate the charlie horses. I don't think I can go through another 29 days of this, which is what is left of the prescription. For the moment everything is good. For the moment, but if I move either my fingers or my toes and feet in such a way as to cause the charlie horses, it will be another screaming match. Since it was late when I called, the nurse will call me in the morning, first thing. I do still plan on going to the pool tomorrow, but I don't know how long I will be able to be in the water if I start getting the charlie horses in my legs as I have the last couple times I was there. That's my current news, other than the fact I've been clearing my DVR of the Olympic coverage. I've now watched all the events and all that's left is the closing ceremony. It was a very emotional games this year. I found myself cheering for the Brazilians, especially when they won the soccer Gold against Germany, and yes, there were tears for them too. Everyone did such a good job winning their medals. My favorite all time sport in the Olympics is Women's Gymnastics. They really nailed it and brought home a solid win. Tied for favorite was the pool. Michael Phelps was phenomenal. So was Katie Ledecky. I have four movies to erase and one episode of Once Upon a Time, and I will call Spectrum to get rid of AT&T for me. I can't wait. Unfortunately, I do need to pay the bill for this month so I don't have a late on my record, or they could have done the payout of the contract for this month as well. I also started looking up used car sales in my price range and found two that looked nice on the carfax report. I'll have my older son go with me car shopping though, as he is the mechanic in the family. I hope your day has been good. Thanks for reading.
