Oh my legs burn like Hel..

I got on my fitness machine just a few minutes ago. I did 30 reps on it and boy was I about to scream. I had to rub my legs after each 10. I am going to do it again tomorrow at least once in the day. The rest of the time I will walk around the house. did you get to work out today?even a walk will do.

I got some walking in but i walk everyday. Doesnt do much for me.

Perhaps you can take it easy.' I think you can split the exercise into 3 or 4 or more sessions a day, and each session is a short and quick one. That will prepare your body for more intense exercise as you get fitter and fitter.
