Do You find this to be true? When I am trying to learn something it has to be logical to me. If it isn't it is rather difficult to me. Logic is so very important. How valid is this? How does it meet the principles I am used to seeing in a given subject or thing? Am I able to deduce a logical meaning in this subject or thing? Does this make sense to you? Do you find this to be true? Photo from Pixabay

I like things to be logical, though there is a lot in life that isn't.

I like logic too. In computers(the subject I have studied) without logic you cannot understand anything, its difficult. Same way in our life too. Without any logic its difficult to understand the situations.

I had a discussion with a friend once . . . I said I was always horrible in math, and she said it was easy. I understood arithmetic perfectly well, but when it went beyond that with word problems, formulas, variables, whatever - it only got me confused. She said math was easy because it was "logical" - and I remember her saying that because I didn't agree. Logic is important in learning . . . but logic isn't always at the same level for everyone.

That is so true. And memory plays into it too. Like with the formulas and such.

@celticeagle I could memorize formulas, but I didn't always understand them. Algebra was not too bad, but with trig and calculus, yikes!

@much2say ....I could too for as long as I would be using them. Then they are gone.

Some logic surely must be present or else I cannot understand it and won't learn a thing.

Not everyone is born with the ability to be logical!
