Coffee Meditation: A Good Starts for the Day

I woke up seeing the sun smile at me. I started to meditate while boiling hot water. Next, I pour the hot water into the cup. Then, I put a scoop of coffee and sugar in it. Finally, I can smell the aroma of coffee and enjoys sipping it. This is morning coffee meditation to start my day.

More like two tall glasses of water. I'm not much a coffee drinker unless its a cold one.

@diosabella my niece is like that. always drinking cold water, regardless of weather. i also had an officemate who prefers cold juice in the morning.

@Shavkat I'm weird like that. I still like cold drinks despite having a cold weather. 
The last time we were in Baguio, I think the house owner was really surprised with our weird behavior.

i sure do. i am the first one to wake up, boil water for the thermos, and prepare the 3 of us our cups of coffee. i reheated the hamburgers bought by my sister, and i ate mine for breakfast.

@Shavkat halla. you should break your fast, kabsat. it is hard to have stomach discomfort. my sister has this for a week now, and it is her fault because when we call her for breakfast, she delays coming to the table. i always tell her that the work she is doing can wait, but not food, because it is "grasya", according to my late mother. (Huwag nyong pahintayin ang grasya, baka magtampo xa")
