HOW MANY WOMEN OUT THERE KNOW SELF DEFENSE?

Long time ago, I was robbed by gunpoint and just my wallet taken, I felt helpless, I could not even defend myself. Later on, I took up Judo, how many of you women know where to hit a male who is assaulting you? Think about it...

I do not know any self defense but sure know where to hit them to make it count. Never really thought about it and now that I am older I usually do not go out alone but yes it takes one time...gee have to think about this..

I just took a self defense class last week to be honest. It was just a one night class. I plan on taking some more. I was very impressed what a person can get out of it. It is all in your brain. You have to put your mind to it. You can't give up.
