I am a great fan of green mango chutney & summer is the only time one can savior this dish. Pretty simple to make and tastes awesome as a side dish to a heavy spicy meal. Indian mean traditionally are spicy, with it if this tangy, juicy "chutney" is served...it gives heavenly feeling. The unripe green mangoes are peeled off and sprinkled with salt and turmeric, then fried in oil along with spices. Water is added and heated until the mango becomes soft, one can add sugar to make it tasty... Detailed recipe can be Googled out Pic courtesy : Wikipedia
