Flip cell phone making a comeback?

Good morning.Raw and cold is the weather today.
How many had flip phones here.
I loved them.Still have two in my office and not sure what to do with them.
Mike still has his.He said this is fine with me.You do not have to worry about damages to it.
I still have three cell phones here that I do not use.
Not sure why I keep hanging on these?
Anyone here has a flip phone

@Mike197602 I had one I tried selling for 10 bucks and no takers...I threw it out - geeze if I had known @JolietJake liked them I would have sent it to him!

I've never had a flip phone. I'd be too busy acting like I was Captain Kirk if I had one.

I cannot imagine that anyone who is used to going online or texting would opt for a flip phone today, unless they have enhanced how they work.
We had our fair share of them over the years also.
I have only had a smart phone for about 4 or 5 years now, so it was that recently that I relied on a flip phone.

@JolietJake I have a landline, a phone that is only used to make or receive calls and it's only 25 a month unlimited.

@amadeo I actually considered one when I bought my smartphone. I really only need to have a simple phone on me when I'm away from home to make sure I get a ride home. But I got such a good deal on the smartphone that I went for it. But I'm always willing to go from smartphone to not-so-smartphone in the future to save money!

I had one briefly, Tony and my sister still carries flip phones. I need to upgrade to a smart phone so I can get internet on the phone.

Ya I had but now it's bigger screen. I mean I need bigger screen in my phone to do all my work. I found flip phones a bit scary to handle.

@amadeo I have broken 2 flip phones even being so careful about them. So these are scary to use for me.

I remember the flip phones. My parents use to have one. I believe my first phone was a flip phone as well. Technology has changed so much.
