Body Builders And Steroids

Especially nowadays you see professional body builders who compete in body building contests with these giant muscles. My question; is it possible to get that muscular without taking illegal steroids? I doubt it. What do you think?

We have body builders in our family. They have never used steroids, so of course, it is possible. It takes hours of work and knowing what you do.

Pat, I'm not talking about your everyday body builders. I'm talking about body builders who compete for world titles. I doubt those guys can get that muscular without taking illegal steroids.

It may create more muscles, but, muscles at the expense of one's health is not good. I think one should focus more on protein and fiber diet than taking artificial food. There are a lot of side effects related with steroids. One should always abstain from it.

I agree, Wasqas. Roid rages, heart attacks, and more can happen to people who take steroids.
