Just kidding. I don't own a coffee shop, but if I had one I would like to custom make it to fulfill the needs and expectations of my customers. No. 1 on my list of things to provide customers at Tony's Coffee Town would be plenty of tables and comfy chairs with WiFi connectivity for all. No. 2 on my list would have to be the best coffee in the world, About a hundred brands of coffee in packages of full beans. No. 3 > The people want coffee right? Give them what they want and make it good and hot or cold, but the main thing about This Coffee Town would be the cost of a good cup of FRESH BREW. Nobody needs to pay 10 bucks for a cup of black death even if you get plenty of sugar and cream and even a free refill. That is just plain highway robbery. Beyond that, I would provide a small book store and sell books and sell coffee makers, coffee grinders, cups and so forth. They will want ice cream also and cookies and brownies. The thing I know from experience is, from my own experience, coffee goes better with donuts so I would sell donuts too. Did I forget a specialty bar for liquor infused coffees and yes, bathrooms for my patrons. And smooth relaxing music to take the edge off. Good lighting, plants and posters and perhaps even an open patio for people to sip on JAVA under the light of a cool Autumn day with a friend like they do in Paris but don't do in Dallas unless it's perhaps Deep Elum or The Bishop Arts District of old Oak Cliff. Imagine such a place. I think I would like to find one like this myself and just spend the entire week there while doing my discussions here at myLot. Below is a link to coffee houses in America:
These boutique roasters are ushering in a coffee culture that redefines "the best part of waking up" in America.

Sure, I am glad you brought this up. Many people love coffee are on a caffeine restricted diet and I can relate to that. Why not. It is supposed to be the best coffee town on the planet so it will have decaf and even sugar free brownies. Maybe a huge coffee fountain with a waterfall, and a Polar Bear as mascot. Thinking big!

You should have hot chocolate for people like me who do not like coffee.

Okay, I will add that to my list of beverages. Hot chocolate with marshmallows. I like that myself.

If so, you might still like coffee cake and coffee iced cream. Both are good and there is of course herbal tea.

Coffee shops sometimes are a good place to just set back, sip on coffee and chill out.
