I Have Been Harassed For Three Days

No it was not corporate America's spam plan. It was not a disgruntled person. It was not my brother or sister either. No dogs named Kai or Brooklyn could get on my nerves as much as this living thing. Can you guess what I was being harassed by? If you said a fly, you would be correct. This guy was straight noisy, buzzing around and taunting me. Landing on my computer screen, constantly buzzing my head, coffee, food when I was eating, bottles water, you name it, this guy would not leave me alone. I tried swatting him, slapping him, smashing him all to put this menace to society out of its misery. Then again maybe he was not miserable at all. Quite happy indeed because he was driving me mental and into a world of madness. This jackal of the fly world was just out of my reach every time. Mr Miyagi I am not. He finally flew into my water bottle and I quickly put the lid on. Did a quick happy dance and ran outside where I let him go. See, no spite here. Just not my style. Besides, one less fly in the world is not going to change things. For, when I did get back on this PC and proceeded to type, another one landed on my screen. Just that time of year I guess. Luckily, we have the doors closed today because it is 95 out. Sometimes you just can't win.

Seems they like this screen for some reason. I have that new eye care app on. Wonder if the different color is attracting them or something.

Our cats catch them for us. Granted, they destroy everything in the process, but they catch them.

My dogs can be that way, but getting old enough to where they know not to chase things they cannot catch. I kind of miss the wrecking the place apart like that. Always made me laugh. Cats are always fun to watch like that. As as they do not break things.

@teamfreak16 That is not good, that being said, I really hate blinds. They are such a pain. Break or get stuck easy hard to clean. Curtains are much better.

I have an electric fly swatter that looks like a tennis racket. Flies that get hit by this are automatically toasts!

Yeah, a little warm out, hopefully being trapped in that water bottle for a couple of minutes taught him a lesson, but I doubt it. lol

@crossbones27 I doubt it too I had read something about putting vinegar and dish soap in a thin bottle like an old pop bottle can catch them too as well as good old hanging fly paper.

I hate flies too, they are dirty insects and I do not like to see them on my things.

I know my sister hates them. If they land on her food or coffee, she throws it out.
