Work From Home Scams and Scores?

United States

OK...so I have been on the hunt to find something to make some extra money from home on my days off so I can be with my kiddos more! (how I ended up here) HOWEVER I have been BOMBARDED with "work from home opportunities" from ITWorks and Plexus, to phone sex operators, to mail flyer things....I do not even know. It all seems like someone just wants MY MONEY, it never seems like anyone is helping me make any. Of course there were some wins like Mturk, and the phone unlock thing that pays you to look at ads on your lock page, but they never pay out very big.... Anyone have any scores or scams? Let me know what you tried and how it worked?

It can be hard finding legit sites. I had to solely start working online three years ago when I became unable to work and the scams out there are just ridiculous. But, over the years I have found a few tried and true that does payout. Humantic you review calls, slice the pie you review music, fashion, etc, prolific academic you do various task, content gather you write articles here you have to be a very good writer to get article approved but after it is approved you put it up for sell and besides having articles for sell people can hire you to write for them, OneSpace is different writing task. I hope some of these help you out. They won't make you rich but they'll give you a few extra bucks. Good luck!

@thislittlepennyearns You listen to calls then you are given several choices and have to chose one as to what type of call it was, for classification and quality control purposes. There are always calls to review once you get started and show you can do a good job but you have to pay attention to what you are doing or your work will be rejected and you'll be penalized.

There are several websites that can help add a little bit of income to your online earnings, they aren't going to make you rich overnight, but with some perserverance you can pocket an extra fifty to sixty bucks a week on some of them. The ones I use are Swagbucks, PaidViewpoints, Gifthulk, viewpoints, superpay.me and a few others.

@2kids2013 i had that app before i switched phones, i need to redownload it. superpay.me is pretty good, ive made up to 25 a day there, not a whole lot, but still a decent amount for online stuff. they pay via paypal, and you can cash out at one dollar.

@2kids2013 - Nesha, try Prolific Academic. Really good survey site run by academic students. Interesting surveys that generally pay well.

Hi and welcome to myLot. If they ask you for money for sure it's a scam. That a simple common sense.

MyLot is a very good site but however you have to work very hard to reach the minimum payout. I am still searching for the best online site to make money but couldn't find one. Do let me know if you find any authentic site
