Rainy Day

We've had a long rainy day. We had to run our in the rain to the grocery store. I was about to run out of salad fixings and of course by the time I walked around the produce section my buggy was full. I had a small buggy, I didn't plan to buy much. Anyway I thought an umbrella was in the car but discovered it wasn't. I hope for sunshine tomorrow. These dark rainy days are depressing. I don't know how people stand it in countries that have short daylight hours. I suppose when you are used to it, it doesn't effect you. Take care everyone.

@silvermist It was lots of people had their lawns dry up and all cars were dirty.Kids didn't have swimming pools.

@Courtlynn today is another day and we have sunshine, but I hear more rain is coming tomorrow.

You're right that some people really have to get used to rainy conditions. I have a friend who lives in Seattle and she doesn't even think twice about all the rain they get there. And she takes buses everywhere, so she's out in the weather daily. I really need sunshine!

@RubyHawk We did get a bit of rain on Saturday but mostly lots of sun.
