Honestly I do not know if God created it so, but as he had made humans, and it is human nature of those who are selfish, then that explains it to me.
It is not right and very disheartening however.

Because 95%of people here are like others 5% are like self,i believe god created us and us created many small world's within the mega world,the world where is categories such as jealousy, hatred,selfishness, crimes,killings and many worst than you can imagine,each have their own strength interms of people falling in that categories

There are every kind of people in the world. Some people are good and some are selfish who just think of themselves and for such people we should know how to deal with them.
