Weird title, but I'll explain. I order pizza through an online order-form, and the order-form offers 'order-tracking'---which to me (who doesn't have a mobile-device more connected than a flip-phone) means they 'text me' when my order's leaving the restaurant. http://www.retaildive.com/ex/mobilecommercedaily/pizza-hut-adds-toppings-to-mobile-with-order-navigation-platform But I read this, and find out that the 'texting me when the food's on its way' is just 'a period at the end of a complete sentence' that they're calling "the Uberfication of the delivery-industry!" Apparently 'that link they text to me' (which I can't open on my phone because it would cost a lot to connect a flip-phone that way) is connected to a GPS-tracker on the delivery-vehicle! But I guess I'm just fine with them 'calling when the delivery's rolling out to me.' Would it change your behavior any to stop "trusting they're on their way" and to start "tracking them when they say they're 'on their way'?"

Actually, I think that is a neat development in the FF industry. I know a couple of times years ago, I ordered a pizza and it never arrived. I got a kick out of Dominos when I saw their pizza TV that let me know the status of my order in all steps.
