My cat is sitting on me at the moment, but when he isn't he has a few favorite locations..on the chair under the table, his perch by the window..which he just started using again, after a year and half long hiatus..the bathroom vanity..or the window ledge in the spare bedroom/office. Once in awhile while hiding it is under the bed, in a box in the closet and a couple of times I found him in or on top of the dryer.

Seems like all cats have multiple places to lay. Our cat has our three beds, his cat bed, the futon, two camping chairs, the counters, the top of a cabinet, closet shelf, top of tote in closet.. lol

Yeah, and what is funny is that they like to change out their favorite spots.

@Courtlynn My cat doesn't have that many..I would say he sticks to about 5 favorites.

My older cats like to sit on a shelf in the window and the younger one likes to me anywhere that we are.

OH the cat sometimes likes to sit at the edge of the bed as well. One time the cat crawled inside of a chair somehow. He was traumatized because we were getting a new refrigerator!

I'm a bit cat-sad right now. one of my purr-buddies (my friend Michael's cat) is having problems with his right eye. They're worried it might be something serious.

Sorry to hear that! It is defintely no fun when they are sick. I am not sure who it is more stressful for when the cat has to go to the vet!
