Goals for the immediate future.

I have recently been thinking about goals and, here are some I plan on taking on in the immediate future. First I want to get a fit bit and, I want to make sure to walk at least 5 to 10 miles a day, I want to get some anger management work books, start working on that and, lastly I want to quit chew, at one point I did this before for about 4 years and, was in the best shape of my life. I still am in good shape, but have for sure gained some weight.

It sounds like you are considering making a huge life change here TR, I support your changes, and will offer you continued support along the way. I didn't know that you did the chew, but I do hope that you can quit it. From what I know of it, it is the quickest way to get the nicotine into your system because there is some fiberglass in it, and when you chew it, that actually slightly tears the inside of your cheek, allowing the nicotine to be absorbed into your system. Again, from what I've read, it has the highest level of mouth/throat cancer. I don't mean to lecture you, but I do want you to know that I support you.
