I have recently been thinking about goals and, here are some I plan on taking on in the immediate future. First I want to get a fit bit and, I want to make sure to walk at least 5 to 10 miles a day, I want to get some anger management work books, start working on that and, lastly I want to quit chew, at one point I did this before for about 4 years and, was in the best shape of my life. I still am in good shape, but have for sure gained some weight.

I've been thinking of getting one of those Fitbits- but still not 100% sure on how they work.

I know they track how many miles you walk and, also I heard keep track of the calories you eat.

I hope you are able to follow through with all of those goals. Quit the chew a little at a time.

It sounds like you are considering making a huge life change here TR, I support your changes, and will offer you continued support along the way. I didn't know that you did the chew, but I do hope that you can quit it. From what I know of it, it is the quickest way to get the nicotine into your system because there is some fiberglass in it, and when you chew it, that actually slightly tears the inside of your cheek, allowing the nicotine to be absorbed into your system. Again, from what I've read, it has the highest level of mouth/throat cancer. I don't mean to lecture you, but I do want you to know that I support you.

I would love to have one of those step trackers too TR. With the walking you do it would be great for you.
