Fruit Trees!

The other half has been working on cleaing the underbrush out from around the trees that surround our property. We found out a couple of weeks ago, that there are some fruit trees on the property one of those being a plum tree (which I am pretty excited about). Today I got to see the little plums that are starting to come from the tree, they are far from being ready to pick and eat- but they are there. I guess I should do a little research on plums and find out when they will be ready for me to pick. Does anyone else have fruit trees? Plum trees?

We do have 5 trees of a type of guava known as ''Goyave de Chines''. It is always fun to pluck the guavas and yes they are tasty too.

I live in an apartment so no trees. We had fruit trees in the backyard in family home. I love them. Glad you have some friend.

At my parent's house where I grew up, there were orange and lemon trees that were very fruitful no pun intended. Plenty of fresh squeezed going on. The place before that had a peach tree.

Very cool. My mom use to have a plum there. The plums on it were so good. She also had a lot of different apple trees. I don't have any.
