My kitty isnt feeling good today

He did bring up a rather big hairball but he threw up a few times since there. When he is going to get sick he cries. He has done that since he was little and it sounds so sad. Once he gets sick he stops crying. He is usually very mischievous but today he is just laying around. I hope tomorrow will be a better day for him. If it isn't then I will take him to the vet.
For those of you with cats what do you do for hairballs?

I hope your kitty get well soon. My cat just eat grass when she's feeling sick with hairballs. When I see her going out and munching some grass in a few minutes she would be gagging. And then she's okay after.

He was eating and drinking today and so far has not gotten sick. He has been sleeping most of the day because he was up most of last night pacing the floor.

@Happy2BeMe That is much better. He's recuperating now. He must really feeling bad. No need to go to the vet. I'm not sure but my pets can feel when we are going to the vet and they are dreading it. But when we are in the vet office they like the vet so much.

@diosabella most pets aren't fan of going to the vet. It is good that they like the vet though.

He was eating and drinking this morning so that is a good sign. He did get sick one through the night but that was it and he is sleeping now. I will keep an eye on him and see if he is able to keep his breakfast down.

@Happy2BeMe Cats usually love to be brushed, I also brush the kitty of our neighbors, he has a long fur.

@LadyDuck My other cat doesn't like it at all. He is always biting the brush and he runs the first chance that he gets! lol

Have had stray cats spending time with us but have not noticed any of that. One cat had wounded himself badly under his tail. Tried to treat him but he would not let me touch him. I added an antibiotic in his milk as per the Vet's advice and sprayed something on his wound from a distance. But it did not help him. He did visit us one last time, gave us a meaw, did not eat anything and that was the last we saw of him.

He threw up once through that night but this morning he seemed to feel a bit better and he did eat and drink water so we will wait and see how the day goes.

It depends on frequency. Could be a sign of a serious issue.

Yes it could be so I will keep a close eye on him. This morning he ate and drank water and was purring and looking good so we will see how the morning goes.
