Something Brand New Got Lost

Earlier today I was so happy with my new MAC foundation. For girls who love make up it's heaven. It was expensive but I was thinking I should at least treat myself.
Then later today I realised I lost my paperbag. I left it while I was in a public toilet. And although I ran and try to retrieve it, I was too late. I know it's shallow but I actually feel like crying.

Aww, that was sad that you lost your bag with your new makeup in it. You had every right to feel like crying, that makeup was important to you. I don't think your reaction was shallow at all.

@flapiz I totally understand. I don't normally buy expensive things either, so if I happened to have purchased an expensive product, I would be very disappointed if I lost it. I'm sorry to hear that you went through this ordeal.

@moffittjc Well I have moved on from it. I hope someone had enjoyed using it in my place. Maybe she needed it more than I did.

I guess even in australia theives are everywhere too. Sorry you lost something important. Well, look at this way, at least you didn't your life.

I was expecting it to still be there or at least returned in the lost and found section but nothing. I usually get my things back when this happens. I guess MAC is too tempting.
On the upside it can be replaced unlik life. Thanks for that.
