Have you ever been kicked out of your own dream?

I woke up at 9:30am. I had chosen today to sleep until 10am because most other mornings are so early. When I woke up and saw the time, I smiled. I had more time to sleep. I knew the pharmacy was delivering today, but they never show up before 11am, so I would have time to get dressed, have my coffee and open my eyes. I fell back to sleep almost immediately. And then, as I was dreaming and oh, so comfortable, my apartment buzzer went off! The dream dissolved, I vaulted out of bed and hit the button to allow them into the building. I grabbed a pair of pants and a robe and opened the door looking like I'd just gotten out of bed. Because I had just gotten out of bed! He looked at me so strangely and I was so embarrassed! And then he was gone and I'm sure he's forgotten by now. Have you ever been kicked out of your own dream? Claudia

Oh yes i can relate to something that happened. I was sleeping too and yes i was in a deep sleep. Suddenly my mom came and started yelling loudly telling me there was an urgent call for me and the person was waiting for me on the phone. And guess what it was nothing urgent just some annoying people calling to conduct a survey.

I wonder what the guy thought? I can't remember being kicked out of my own dream but I often wake up when I'd rather not because I'm at a good spot in my dream.

@CRK109 At times like that, I always think I'm doing a good deed making the other person feel good/tidy/pretty/handsome/whatever.

Luckily I seldom remember my dreams, saves a lot of embarrassment!

hahaha My dreams are like going to sleep and going to the movie theater. Full color, lots of things happening, and I usually remember it all. And sometimes I wake up shaking my head from the confusion of it all!
