Goat contraception fail! / myLot

Some of you may remember that last year I wrote about goat contraception used by the billy goat at the nursery attended by Little One http://www.mylot.com/post/2994878/contraception-for-goats Well this spring it appears that it wasn’t particularly effective, as twin very cute little kids appeared one Monday morning, followed on the Thursday by triplets! That reminds me of my childhood. My grandparents always had a goat for milk. When there were kids, I and the neighbouring children used to play with them. They're so cute when they jump into the air with all four legs simultaneously.

@Fleura I was just thinking what my grandparents did with the little ones. I can't remember exactly, but I think we ate them. These were the hard years in post-war Germany.

@MALUSE It's not common to find goat meat in this country, which is odd as lamb is plentiful.
