We had some leftover beans from a couple nights ago and I made some garlic cheese bread in the oven, so that is what we are having for lunch today.
It was pretty easy, and since I am pushing to get my book fished so I can self publish it, I was looking for something pretty easy.
I am however much looking forward to tonights dinner. I am making a garlic pepper pork loin, yellow rice and salad. Mmmm. Might make some corn bread or soemthing.
