How can a android app from a old phone be tranfer to a new app with out using the store

One of my favorite apps I can not no longer Get from the Google play store .All my old phones one which is only 4 month old has This app it the Doctor who ringtones Is there way I can transfer from one phone to other phone? Ok that it for now

Just download "SHAREit" app from playstore, thereafter you can easily transfer all apps,songs, videos, and documents also.Hope this helps....

I think you can use the apps that allow sharing of files/apps such as flash share or Xender
