Not frosting on the cake but on the car windows.
It did not seem to touch my plant starts that are waiting to be put out, but all my car windows are covered.
Really, because there is no wind it feels warmer than yesterday, so I cannot complain.
Off to another out of routine day. See ya later.

Very strange to have it so late. I have just bought a pot of an heirloom tomato variety and I was the most worried about it. It was one of those "bargains" as there are actually four plants in the pot.

@sueznewz2 When I buy plant starts I always look for over seeded pots so I can get twice as much or more for my money.

I hope that we don't have to deal with frost or cold weather again. The sun is shining right now and the thermometer is currently reading 70, but I am sure it is because the sun is hitting it just right. Will be up in the 70's this afternoon. Nice day for a day off. Wish the little one felt better though.

Haven't seen any since Sunday morning. I was wiping the windows and the back one was icy.....or more like slushy.
As you can imagine, this weather is not making me a happy camper.

I cannot explain in words how I feel about all that being gone form here. I am a hot weather person but I can say these @#$%^&*#$#% mosquitoes are making me mad!

I have really good luck using lemon grass oil to repel mosquitoes. I put it on my collar and on my hat brim to keep them away from my face. It would work to put it on a bandana for a headband as well. I use one shirt over my gardening clothes and I put lemon grass oil on the cuffs and the neck, and do not wash it out.

It is a little later than usual for us to have frost. I will make sure to have good days though.
