"The customer is always right." I think the idea that the customer is always right is not all right. For me, it is just a business gimmick. What is your stand towards this?

@Clover817 I've been work as pharmacy assistance for so many years, then work as sercive crew in restaurant,I work in sales.I dealt with lot of people with different attitude, yes they always says customer is always right. So because of that term I experienced that I fight with one of our costumer in restaurant where I working for.Since that happen I resign as service crew and apply new job as pharmacy assistance again..... For me why that system running in business??? We as worker is getting out of our right to explain our side

Thanks a lot for your comment, Janile Adriano. I've mentioned this previously that this slogan actually makes customers demanding and rude and arrogant. In fact, this makes it harder for sales people. I know how disgusting it is to deal with such types of customers.

@Janile Hi again. It's a trick to attract customers but the negative impact attached to it makes the job of employees even harder to deal with abusive customers.

I don't think customers can always be right or wrong. It depends on person.

Thanks for your comment. I don't agree with it either. For me it is simply a business trick and it's entirely wrong.
