Putting My Time Searching How To Pickle Fruits

...Particularly star gooseberry.
Until now I am reading lots of articles and literature about star gooseberry because I wanted to be well informed about this round and star shape fruits.
I am also having so much time reading the best way to pickle this fruit or any related fruits to give me the idea to how to do it. It's been like this since yesterday. Until now I'm still reading. This is the good thing in me when I'm interested.
Actually, its my wife that I'm influencing to make this job. I need her to be involve because she's the one to handle this business, if ever. I have my own work but she got all the time to make it. So while I'm searching, I let her read this. I know her interest is not as my high interest in making this...

Its really good when you know to pickle to preserve those fruits just rotting underneath the tree.

pickled or what we term here as "salmuwera".
i like the newly pickled gooseberry fruit, that which the fruit is not so soft, but not hard as freshly picked or plucked. just right. then adding rock salt, my eyes will squint and close with the sourness of the fruit. hmmm, i am salivating now
