I've terribly gained pounds again

I'm slowly breaking from the sleep late routine and woke up early this morning. Then I realized that mom had been doing some exercise walking already with her friend. They got home and start checking for some Face book updates on her, I checked on my analog weight measure. Sad that I was almost heading 200 pounds, which something far from my weight last year. I seemed to have taken my attention to weight again because of that snoring problem which I made a post of it recently. That one of the cause of snoring was being overweight..Sucks! I don't know why I stopped..

Aw that is bad my friend, I know how this is. I gained some weight from not sleeping well and also stress eating and not enough exercise. But when I started walking again, I lost it.

Did you check with doctor , about the reason for weight gain all of a sudden? there may be many reasons , just find out that and work on it and take treatment. I recently started gaining weight i got checked , and it was due to thyroid problem. I am on medication now and the weight is under control.

Hello @PatZAnthony I don't know my motivation is still a bit lacking. I wouldn't wanna shock my body since it's been 2 months since my last exercise.

You haven't mentioned your height or build so I don' t actually know HOW overweight you are, so...

@Letranknight2015 ok ok ok... but none of us who read this article know it, so it is hard to be very scientific about it. Did you have in mind some program, or try something on your own? Can you exercise?

Regular exercise will for sure help. I hope you get to address the snoring problem too. You can try to go to a gym too

You may have to cut down on cards and you'll see how your weight goes down.. You really don't want to put anymore on because the more you gain, the harder to lose it .. good luck! ..
