What are some tips to losing weight that are healthy but quick and effective?

First, you need to eat sensible meals. Stay off the sugars and fat. Watch your calorie intake and drinks lots of water. Exercise is a must too. you cant lose weight just by watching what you are eating.+

Well see i wish i could help you there, the thing is i need to lose weight. I have heard cut out sodas and sugars.. Bread, and startch.. i know you are probably thinking if you know this why not do it.. well i am just lazy and i want my sodas.. Good luck on that.. :)

thanks you for that suggestion. I love sodas....and its hard for me to drink water.. exercising is hard for me too lol but i know i have to do it. thanks again for commenting.+

best thing to do is to cut down on soft drinks and snacks.
