Hypochondriac

My sister is a raging hypochondriac! Granted she does have a fairly long list of legitimate health issues, she is always panicking over the slightest things. How do you feel about your health? When something seems off do you automatically assume the worst?

I'm sorry your sister is like that. I've known a few in my time. I am not like that. I had CIN III and they thought it may have been cervical cancer. I had no clue I had it for the longest time b/c I don't go to the dr unless something is really wrong. Other then that I went when I was pregnant. LOL.

I don't usually worry unless I'm told to worry by a doctor. Even then it has to be a doctor I trust that says it before I worry. I try to give my worries to God.

My sister is a germaphobe @gracewalther1oo1 . She can go through a whole bottle of dish cleanser washing her hands over a 2-day visit. As far as I go? I am falling apart but that's been determined by doctors and it doesn't make me happy at all since I don't even like to take an aspirin.

That is sad about your sister. But I suppose if she's struggled with bad health, she has more reason for concern. I don't worry much about most aches and other symptoms, unless they are excruciating or persistent. I'm fairly healthy overall though. I have an eye disease which has required several surgeries, so I do worry about my eyes more than anything else.
