Hubby hammered and drilled the fridge into submission

He also took a drill to it. Actually its handles. Stupid long, double handles. A couple of two foot long handles that came loose from its top screws. Just that quick two common handles became weapons. Imagine a long bar suddenly swinging down and whacking you hard on the back or head or shoulders. Imagine the pain. So first the fridge handle came loose. He drilled in new screws and hammered the stubborn mutts then drilled them in again. Then the second handle, the freezer handle, came loose. Imagine one person opening the freezer, another behind, by the sink, and just that sudden, that handle comes loose. Scream! Grabbed it and saved the person by the sink from nasty pain and injury. I am grateful that hubby was able to fix the issue. Who cares if it looks fantastic? No more weapons in the kitchen! Huge thank you from me.

Vince has had to fix our drawer handles several times but we haven't had any problems with the fridge, thank goodness.

@JudyEv Drawer handles are a pain but not so dangerous as fridge handles.
