I was looking up movies of a certain actor and came upon this film called Antivurs...it is quite interesting and weird. In the future, where people would actually pay to have a virus injected into them - but hey, they are viruses that celebrities have too ..so they can feel closer to them? That's just out of this world, i'd never do that here's the plot summary
