Hey, everyone and, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Things are good here, just got done with day 2 of my work outs. Today I did about 250 step ups and, also lifted a bit. I am also committing to my diet as of today no potatoes, rice or bread of any kind, it's a hard one to do, especially potato chips and, French fries also spaghetti, but I can do it, because that still leaves a lot of good stuff and, I know it's the only way to lose weight. I don't want to be doing these work outs for nothing.

@allen0187 I want to lose at least 20 or 30, but the more the better. I would be happy to lose 30 pounds though.

Yeah, I would prefer to eat them as to not eat them, but I will have to stop for awhile at least.

Sounds like you're determined and that's good. Just please be careful to not try to do too much all at once. And you don't have to cut out all the carbs to lose weight. If you replace the white starches with healthier ones, you'd be surprised at the good they can do for you!

Thanks my friend and, I know I will try not to overwhelm myself and, just take it easy for the first month, also I am only going to completely cut them, until I see results then I might experiment with brown rice or wheat noodles, maybe sweet potatoes.

You have the right idea. Exercising and cutting out starch will help you lose weight and make you healthier. Good luck.
