how many hours do you set online?

Have read an article that setting more than one hour is not good, do you set more than one hour facing pc?

really if you have no work you set more online and that is not good, so I try to know set less online and do spoets

Setting a time to stay online for less than an hour is not gonna happen in my case. The author of that article you've read must be a huge fan of 'offline things'.

Unfortunately my job involves staring at the computer for 8 hours a day. 5 days a week. It really probably is not so good.. I certainly know all this sitting is not well for the body either.

I work with computers so on days I work so that would be about 8 hours per day. As far as leisure computer use I try for an hour or less. It gets tiresome after a while!

i used my Laptop approximately 3-5 Hours...from which i used it to do my Office work which are Mostly offline...and i go online for approximately 2 Hrs.....
