I discussed about depression and the fact is many around the globe are affected then to heal yourself what step is must is nothing but to stop for a while ,look at your self, write down what is that bothering you and take a reverse at your life where you were most happy,most important is practice daily in steps to cure yourself,you will have to believe in you and the beautiful day will arrive someday...hope on

Yes and with that some act,it is said the best work ever one can do is work on self.no matter what one is undergoing through the come back is possible mostly the one suffering depression

I think it is hard to say that if you are actually stricken by that. Maybe when one is with depression, the best way is for the family to help her get out of that state.

Yeah...You're right.Actually depression is a kind of some illness.It is very difficult and painful experience that affects not only the individual, but also the people around us.Depression happens because of Social isolation,low-self esteem and the feeling of hopelessness or sadness. During depression, people seem to be hyperactive, speak too fast ,if we sit for conversation they jump from one topic to another.Eating healthy food, talking with close friends , listening favourite music, distracting ourselves from fears and worries and trying to stop negative self talking is much more important to reduce depression.
