Probiotics is apparently the thing we are all supposed to be eating. This is to keep our gut bacteria in check. Apparently, our gut bacteria keeps our immune systems functioning well and helps prevent disease and inflammation. Probiotics can also assist us with weight loss.

@snowy22315 Yes but the stuff at the grocery store tastes like garbage to me, so I have to have the kind at the natural store that costs a freaking arm and a leg so don't get it maybe once a month.

@TiarasOceanView YOu know you can make your own right? All you need is a bit of yogurt as a starter. That would save you some money.

I thought about taking a supplement but I read the Bust Your Belly Diet, the doctor said the judge is out on supplements, it is better to get them in foods. However, I might look into taking one, if it is not too expensive.

My sis in law had a phase when she bought a lot of these tiny bottles but now she has given them up as apparently they occur naturally in curds.

Every now and then I buy a pack of six little bottles and take them over a week. I can't tell if they help or not.
