Home for the Summer

United States

Yesterday was my last day of my junior year of college. I finished out the semester with 3 As in my psychology classes, an A in chemistry, and a B in my genetics class. My GPA is going to look even better after this semester and I can't wait to go back in August to start my senior year of college as a peer ally and starting to look into grad schools for my Masters. My family is already starting to talk about my graduation and finding a house to stay in for the weekend of it. I have to call my supervisor at my internship either today or tomorrow and find out some more details about it before I start working on Monday. I am ready to get my summer started.

Nice job Casey! Enjoy the summer. My oldest step-nephew recently graudated college this past weekend with a degree with nuclear engineering. Oooh. Grad school! What's your major!

Thank you. I am a double major in biology and psychology. I am planning to get my master's in psychology and specialize in some type of therapy or counseling.

Congrats, that's awesome! I'm in the middle of finals week right now, but it looks like I'm going to get an A in chem, A- in psych, B+ in English and probably a C+ in Calc III if I'm lucky :( Yay for liberal arts

I know what you mean. My college is a liberal arts college and I don't care for the whole taking classes that have nothing to do with my major. I get the English classes and basic math classes but all the extra stuff sucks. I'm a science major and I don't see the point of having to take art classes I will never use in my major and I don't see the point of Art majors having to take science classes they don't need. Good luck Calculus. I hated myself for taking calculus I in high school even though it did give me a college credit that I still didn't need.
