Spring in Connecticut is my favorite time of year. Sure, I whine about returning home from our winter home in Florida in early April.
But seeing the birds, the green grass, the greening of the trees, and the gorgeous flowers sure pick up my spirits!
What is your favorite season?

I prefer the period between November to February when the weather is cooler but we do not have extremes.

Fall is my favorite season, when it finally starts to cool down and all the leaves start to change colors. Plus, Halloween is in the Fall, and that is my favorite holiday!

@DianneN I guess that's one of the benefits of living in Florida, our trees don't lose all their leaves! Although up here in north Florida, some of the trees do lose their leaves. I would say that it is about half and half. And as you know from being in Florida yourself, cold is not something we really have to worry about too much! haha

I am a full Summer loving lady.
Florida to me is like just one season because although it gets cold its not to bad and most things do not die down for the winter. We have family that lives in Panama City beach and I can go stay in one of the weekly rentals they own but I cant seem to enjoy myself because they want to "plan" my vacation. Some even bum money. I loved the keys best and Jacksonville.

Oh yes, Spring is definitely my favorite part of the year @DianneN. It makes me feel lighter on my feet.
I see that you live in Connecticut. Would you or your family have known Mary/Lester Atwood or their family? At one time they owned an antique store in Connecticut. I had met them as an International Tourist Guide some 40 years ago in India and we had become close friends despite the age difference.

Thank you. Spring is magnificent here, especially this season.
I'm sorry. I don't know the Atwoods. Perhaps my husband does, since he is an antique lover. There are so many wonderful antique shops in CT, however. I'd ask him, but he is out doing guess what?!?!? Lol!

@DianneN hahahaha It isn't just the time off. I love the weather, my vegetable garden producing, the weekends on the beach with my family, etc. As I've gotten older, I've truly grown to despise the cold. If my whole family didn't live here in Jersey, I'd consider moving somewhere warmer.

I like Spring because it means warm weather and summer approaching... but Autumn is my ultimate favorite. I love the colors and smells and cooler nights of Autumn.

I don't know if I have a favorite season! I like them all for different reasons. And as I tend to complain all year 'round, perhaps the season I like at the moment would be a season that it's not 
. It's funny because I used to love hot summers . . . but now I seem to love rainy winters (if it rains here!).

I love the outdoors there, so beautiful & vibrant.. My favorite season mmm, would be winter lol! It doesn't snow so no problem here.

It seems so lovely!
I am a fan of autumn, even though the leaves do not change, the weather is not crisp as other places, but it is such a fun time of year!
