I took Harley outside so she could piddle, and saw that the dark clouds were rolling in yet again. So it appears that we aren't done with the rain or storms like I had thought we were. Oh well, I am mostly just doing articles and reviews today- so nothing that I needed to be outside for.
Hey speaking of the weather.... @moffittjc Did y'all get the storm yesterday?

LOL--"piddle" my grandmother used to use that saying a lot.

Yes, we finally did get the rain, but it was pretty anti-climatic. The whole afternoon it was dark and eerie, and the wind was blowing fiercely and the lightning was pretty crazy. But when it did finally start to rain, it only rained for about 10 minutes and then that was it. Everything cleared out and all the storm clouds dissipated. It did stay pretty windy though, but we didn't get nearly the amount of rain we needed to put out all these wildfires that are burning all over the place!

I hope our rain is done at least until after the yard sale tomorrow!
Poor friend who is out of work has been missing out on earning $75 for doing mowing and weeding for a lady. He's supposed to be doing that today so I hope that no rain yesterday dried out her yard enough for him to work and earn.

We got some rain here in Jacksonville yesterday with some wind but nothing too bad and it was gone this morning when I got up. I was hoping for more but I'm grateful we at least got some!
